Mindy devotes long hours to designing and hand making her jewelry, especially on those pieces that are made to order. Therefore, she does not accept returns. Returns are offered only if there is a maker’s defect in a piece of jewelry. Jewelry purchased during promotional events with discount codes are final. There are no returns or exchanges on made to order or custom made jewelry. 

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery for items that were in stock when ordered, as opposed to made to order. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange. Larger jewelry manufacturers do not offer the services and unique handmade pieces that Mindy offers. Likewise, she can not offer the same policies as the larger manufacturers. 

If you would like to have a different length chain for a pendant, please contact Mindy. She will do her best to accommodate you if you send the piece back to her. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of $10.

Mindy wants you to cherish your jewelry and wear it forever. That’s why she gives you a lifetime guarantee. 

As long as she’s alive, she’ll gladly repair your jewelry for free, if possible. This lifetime guarantee covers jewelry damaged only through normal use.

For example, she’ll fix a broken earring post or French hook, and replace a broken clasp. She will also renew oxidized and satin finishes on her jewelry. You can either bring the jewelry to Mindy, or ship it to her at your expense. If shipping your jewelry to her, please pack it carefully and use trackable shipping. 

She will not replace or repair chipped or broken gemstones, broken chains, dented or scratched items, or jewelry that was mistreated. Please contact Mindy if you need to discuss a repair.
