If you have no idea what you want, we can help! Mindy has a multitude of jewelry ideas in her head at any given time. She’ll want to know about the person who’ll be wearing this special piece and their likes and dislikes. If it’s something for you, she might want to see some of your existing jewelry, or otherwise help you better identify exactly what you like.

Mindy works with clients to redesign their existing jewelry on a case-by-case basis. If you have a diamond or other gemstone, Mindy can create a design using that stone. She’s worked with heirloom diamonds, family gold, and jewelry from past relationships. She can even combine stones and metal from several pieces into new jewelry that you’ll love.

Mindy prices custom projects based on the complexity of the design, the cost of materials required, the labor required and the design complexity of each piece. She offers jewelry at a variety of price points, but designing and creating fully custom jewelry is more costly than customizing one of her existing designs. Mindy will gladly reuse your gold or platinum, whenever possible, for your custom
project. She can also recycle your precious metals and apply any excess as a credit towards your project, which will be applied to your final invoice.
A 50% deposit on the final estimated cost of your custom jewelry is required before work begins on your piece. Payment can be made by check, wire transfer or Zelle, and by credit card payment using PayPal or Square. There is a 3.5% fee for credit card payments on all custom order invoices. All custom jewelry must be paid in full before delivery.
Making jewelry by hand takes time, especially when it’s custom jewelry. Creating your custom piece could take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on the nature of the project. Once she begins constructing your piece, Mindy will give you periodic progress reports until your jewelry is ready to ship. Production time on custom projects is usually 2-3 months, but Mindy doesn’t like to rush such important work. Nonetheless, if you need something on a rush basis, she’ll do whatever she can to accommodate your schedule.
